On New Year’s Day, January 1, 2016, a hope-fueled time machine delivered three boys from 1967 to Sebastopol, California, known as “Peacetown, USA.” They said they brought a message from San Francisco’s Summer of Love to our present time.
“Electing Bernie Sanders in 2016 will bring the most peace-promoting leader to the White House in modern history. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for peace in our time. Please don’t mess this up!”
The visitors said that their time machine only allowed them a few moments in 2016 on New Year’s day. They stayed long enough to have their photo taken, then vanished almost as quickly as they had appeared, leaving behind a scent of burnt sage and a trail of daisy petals.
